I'm Ashley Nicole, the owner and heart behind Luna Spa.
Luna was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves a place where they can exhale.
Life asks a lot of us. We spend our days caring for others, managing responsibilities, and pouring from cups that often need refilling themselves. I created Luna to be a sanctuary where, for a little while, you can set all of that down and simply be cared for.
As a small business owner, I believe the most meaningful experiences are built on genuine connection. I take the time to listen, notice the details, and personalize each visit so that every guest feels seen, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
One of the greatest influences on my approach to hospitality came from Disney University's customer service program, where I learned that exceptional experiences are created through thoughtful details and genuine care. That philosophy continues to shape Luna today, and you may even notice a little Disney-inspired magic throughout the sanctuary.
Luna is more than where I work—it's a reflection of everything I value: peace, presence, compassion, and connection. Whether you're visiting for an hour or an afternoon, my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and cared for.
