Sometimes, a little care can be its own kind of magic.

There are times in life when we don't need someone to fix everything. We just need a moment. A moment to breathe, a moment to feel cared for, and a moment to remember that we matter, too. Luna's Magical Moments was created from that belief — and from a very personal chapter of my own life.

Where It Began

Before Luna, I owned a restaurant. I poured everything I had into opening it, using my own savings and taking a chance on something I believed in. My community believed in me, too. When things became difficult and I was struggling to keep the restaurant open, my community showed up. They helped raise funds that allowed me to keep the doors open for a few more months, shared our story, told their friends about us, and helped bring people through our doors. That support meant more than keeping a business alive. It reminded me that I wasn't doing it alone.

Giving back was always part of that chapter, too. We created a community program that allowed people to enjoy a meal with us regardless of whether they had the ability to pay. Then, later, the restaurant was lost to a devastating fire. This time, there was nothing left to reopen. I closed the doors, walked away from the business, and honestly thought I would never own another one again. For a long time, I didn't want to.

Then Came Luna

Eventually, I found the courage to try one more time. Not because starting over was easy, and not because I had forgotten what it felt like to lose something I'd built. Somewhere along the way, I realized that one difficult ending didn't have to be the end of my story. And that's how Luna came to be — a new business, a new chapter, and a new chance to create something meaningful. The community that once believed in me is still part of that story.

So Now, I Want to Pass It Forward

Luna's Magical Moments is my personal way of giving a little of that feeling back. Each month, I personally offer 5 complimentary Magical Moments to people in our community. Each experience includes 60 minutes of care — a 30-minute ritual followed by 30 minutes to unwind in our Sauna & Lounge.

30-Minute Facial Ritual + 30-Minute Sauna & Lounge: A restorative Facial Ritual followed by time in our infrared salt sauna and lounge. A beautiful opportunity to slow down, breathe, and simply receive.

There are no income requirements, no proof of hardship, and no qualifications. You don't have to be going through a crisis or have a story that sounds big enough. Maybe you're exhausted. Maybe you've been taking care of everyone else. Maybe you're starting over. Maybe you could use a little confidence. Or maybe you simply need someone to say, “This moment is for you.” That's enough.

Who Can Receive a Magical Moment?

Anyone. You can nominate yourself or someone you love — a friend, parent, sibling, coworker, or someone who has quietly been carrying a lot. There is no perfect reason and there is no test to pass. This isn't about deciding who is deserving. It's about giving someone a little space to pause and feel cared for.
